The wait for a new Brandy album is almost over. According to her producer, DJ Camper: "We picked the first single"

If this amazing update wasn’t enough, Brandy uploaded in March a video that includes possible sounds from her forthcoming album and follow-up to 2012’s 'Two Eleven'.

Brandy has been locked in the studio with Camper since spring 2018. The pair have brought in the likes of Daniel Caesar, Prince Charlez and LaShawn Daniels to create magic for this new work.

For her seventh album, Brandy desires to make a stronger impact since she felt her past music wasn’t touching audiences.

“A lot of the time when I suffered not being able to get my music to the masses, it’s because I was singing the wrong songs. I’m going to make sure I don’t sing the wrong songs this time around,” she mentioned to Silent of TrueExclusives.

Excitement for Brandy's new music is warranted. This album will be one of the most anticipated R&B albums of 2019.

Brandy Norwood was one of the biggest 90s teenage sensations. She has offered new music consistently throughout her career since her self-titled debut in 1994.

In 2018 she becomes the first 90s artist to score 1.5 Billion streams. In 1995, the Grammy Award Winning singer released her self-titled, debut album,  at 15 years-old. The album’s lead single, “I Wanna Be Down” peaked at number 6 on the Hot 100 charts.
