Eminem Releasing 'The Marshall Mathers LP' Album Anniversary Merchandise

Eminem is celebrating the 20th anniversary of his 'The Marshall Mathers LP' with more than the music.

The Oakland County-based rapper is releasing a line of special merchandise to commemorate the mark, which will go on sale Thursday, October 29, via his web site. He previously hosted an online listening party (May 27) to celebrate 20 years since the release of his album ‘The Marshall Mathers LP’.

The album was originally released on May 23, 2000 and features such tracks as ‘Stan’, ‘The Way I Am’ and ‘The Real Slim Shady'. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, staying atop for eight consecutive weeks.

A significant commercial success compared to the release of The Slim Shady LP just the previous year, the album sold 1.78 million copies in its first week, which made it among the fastest-selling studio albums in the United States.
