Nelly vs. Ludacris IG Live battle. (May 16th, 7PM ET)
The Erykah Badu vs. Jill Scott edition of Verzuz is a wrap, but the party isn’t over yet. Verzuz also announced the next Saturday’s (5/16) edition with Nelly vs. Ludacris.
According to Swizz Beatz, Ludacris and Nelly will be going head-to-head in the next Instagram live battle.
“Can we get that, Ludacris versus Nelly, can we get that next Saturday Timbaland,” Swizz Beatz asked Timbaland on IG Live. “Yes, we can get that. We got that,” Timbaland replied.
Although Nelly and Ludacris are certainly a good match for a battle, considering they were two of the most prominent Southern rappers of the late 90s/early 2000s, Luda was previously considered as a potential opponent by 50 Cent. However, it looks like he'll be squaring off with Nelly next Saturday (May 16th) instead, and it's sure to be one hell of a battle.
